17. In case of a cancellation less then 48 hours prior to arrival, charges equal to50% will be applicable.
18. Cancelation cause may vary for the group booking due to negotiation of the contract. After reviewing
    the preferred Agreement, please sign in token of your acceptable of the above rates and general terms
    and conditions. Please send one set to us for our record.
