6. General Policy: Room availability is not guaranteed if it is not pre-booked. Request for specific bed types
and smoking preferences will be accommodated based on the reservation and availability.
7. Check-in / Check- Out Time: Standard Check-in: 14:00 hours and Check-out: 12:00 hours.
8. Check-in Policy: All guests would be required to produce photo identification at the time of check-in, in
accordance with local law and for security purposes. Passport with valid Visa ( Foreign) travelers are
mandatory.
9. Check-out Policy: Must be report to front desk five minutes prior to checkout. All due payments must be
completed by submitting the room keycard at upon check-out time.
10. Transportation Policy: If the transport service is not complimentary then the charge will be 1000/-++ bdt
per person for one way.
11. Early Check-in Policy: For guests that arrive prior to 14:00 hours, the hotel will make all the endeavors to
provide complementary early arrival. However, in order to have guaranteed room availability for CheckIn prior to 14:00 hours, the room must be pre-booked from the previous night. In this case, one night’s
additional room charge will apply.
12. Early Departure Policy: In case of early departure additional one night charge will be posted on your
billing.
